The PULSA-D is part of our automatic filling machines for liquid product. Many types of products are compatible with this filling machine (they can be foamy, viscous or pasty) and and different drum sizes from 60L up to 220L can be accommodated. Filling accuracy is performed by a weighing scale (control, self-correction and statistics). The container is moving step by step on different stations that can be accommodated depending on the type of operation to perform (filling, capping, crimping, control, etc…). This machine is using a diving lance with programmable positioning adapted to the product characteristics (sub-surface filling for foamy product for example). The product can be fed by a pump or compressed air. Many configurations and options are available : Various materials available, stainless steel or plastic (for corrosive application) Available in ATEX for hazardous product Patented “Click & Play” tools Lance cleaning station : CIP or COP

Filling accuracy is performed by a weighing scale (control, self-correction and statistics). The container is moving step by step on different stations that can be accommodated depending on the type of operation to perform (filling, capping, crimping, control, etc…). The machine configuration is then very flexible. The product can be fed by gravity or by the use of a pump. Il est parfois nécessaire de se connecter à une sortie impulsion d’un compteur déjà raccordé à un autre appareil. Pour garantir un bon fonctionnement et une isolation galvanique totale entre les équipements, nous vous proposons¨PULSE DUO Un entrée : Deux sorties impulsions isolées entre elles

Si les impulsions d’un compteur sont trop rapides pour être prises en compte par une GTB ou GTC, Il est alors nécessaire de diviser les impulsions reçues d’un facteur N. DIV-PULSE réalise cette opération en transformant les impulsions entrantes en des impulsions plus lentes d’un Poids N fois plus grand. Exemple: Des impulsions de 100 Wh arrivant à 10 Hz, seront transposées en impulsion de 1 kWh 1Hz
