If the product is in perfect condition and you wish to return it to us, you have a period of 15 days to be able to do so. You must send the product in the same condition that you received it, along with any other promotional material or freebies that may have been included, the products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. The original postage costs, as well as the cost of retrieving the package (if we pick it up), will be deducted from the refund.
