Les cabines de peinture à filtration sèche permettent l’aspiration des vapeurs de peinture ou vernis en protégeant efficacement l’opérateur. Elles sont réalisées en panneaux d’acier galvanisé assemblés par boulonnage, pour une construction robuste et modulaire. Pour un meilleur rendement aéraulique, les cabines AWITECH sont systématiquement équipées de ventilateur centrifuge. Elles peuvent être dotées d’un grand nombre d’équipements périphériques pour une parfaite adéquation à vos besoins : Panneaux latéraux, Eclairage sous verre-dormant, en saillie, ATEX, Double filtration, Armoire de pilotage conforme CARSAT & INRS, Electrovanne d’alimentation pistolet. En outre, AWITECH propose une gamme de cabines de préparation, avec bac de rinçage outils, étagère de rangement, éclairage ATEX, support rotatif, …

Les câbles de fibre de verre sont protégées par une gaine extérieure LSZH (gaine zéro halogène ignifugée). Ce harnais est fabriqué en fonction du cahier des charges du client.
