The main assets of the Couprie House are therefore our terroir and above all our ancestral know-how. All of our production is distilled on lees, a traditional method which gives an additional finesse and aromatic richness to our Cognacs, Pineaux des Charentes and Liquors. Five qualities make up our range of Cognacs: The V.S Sélection is aged for 4 years in casks, the V.S.O.P for 8 years, the Napoleon for 12 years, and between 20 and 25 years for the X.O Très Vieille Réserve. Finally, the Hors d'Age, the result of a blend of our oldest cognacs, has spent a minimum of 40 years in barrel. How to taste them? Dry: Serve in your glass at room temperature and wait a few minutes for the aromas to awaken and the alcohol to give way to a sumptuous fragrance. Cold: As a cold drink, place your glass or the bottle in the fridge or on a large ice cube. In cocktails, VS will enhance your creations with harmonious fruity and floral notes.

A blend of grape must and cognac, our 4 year old red and white Pineaux des Charentes as well as the 15 year old extra old white Pineau des Charentes are characterised by a harmony between alcohol, sweetness and the aromas of our grape varieties. For all tastes, discover the fine and balanced note of our white pineau, perfect as an aperitif or cocktail. The red pineau will reveal fruity, sweet and intense aromas for your aperitifs and cocktails, but also your dishes such as melon or a fruit bowl. Finally, let yourself be carried away by the extra old pineau with its nutty, candied fruit flavours, an elegant and sumptuous bouquet that will go well with foie gras, white meat, Roquefort, and many others.

Our Liquors are made from natural fruit flavours and Cognac, aged in casks for a minimum of 2 years, allowing a harmonious marriage of fruit and alcohol. We have developed six refined flavours: Apricot, Pear, Orange, Raspberry, Almond and Coffee.

In the heart of the Grande Champagne region since 1730 in Ambleville, our family cultivates the vines and distills the wines of the estate to produce tasty, elegant and authentic Cognacs. Today, we perpetuate the ancestral know-how for the greatest pleasure of connoisseurs, bars, restaurants, hotels and delicatessens. At the property, the wines are brewed before being distilled on the lees in order to extract the greatest aromatic richness. The double distillation process has remained traditional over the centuries, and it is only thanks to his sense of smell that the distiller selects the most noble brandies.
