Vin rouge - Château Lancyre

TERROIR The castle Lancyre is a wine estate located in the south of France, on an exceptional terroir of the Languedoc region, the prestigious appellation of the Pic Saint Loup, being now considered as a ‘‘Cru’’ of the Languedoc region ! Today the estate covers 78 hectares of vines set in a fragrant scrubland on a mosaic of terroirs which can offer a very good range of wines (red, white and rosé!). This cuvée is produced on Clay-limestone scree and the vintage 2018 was an early harvest, with high quality because of an exceptional autumn that allowed us to pick our grapes at optimal maturity. This is one of the greatest vintages of the last 30 years. CÉPAGES Syrah 65 % Grenache 35 % VINIFICATION The entire harvest is manual and the grapes are destemmed at the cellar arrival.
