Our dairy powders can be used in cheese-making processes to standardize milk composition and produce cheeses with consistent quality and flavor. Rennet Casein is a milk protein known for its rich content of essential amino acids and calcium. It is a highly nutritious and functional protein with excellent texturizing properties. Castle 1/32 CAS has been developed specifically to replace the use of skimmed milk powder. This formulation based on skimmed milk powder and milk permeate is particularly suitable for the production of cheeses. It also respects the % of casein protein and serum of the native milk. *customisation of blends with different % of fat and protein available
