Our cassava is produced in Senegal. Cassava is a large root with a brownish peel and which is eaten a bit like a potato. It is also known as “cassava” or “yuca”. Cassava is available all year round by boat in 4.5 or 6kg boxes.

Our coconuts are produced in Ivory Coast . The nut is composed of a solid, more or less spherical oval shell which protects an edible whitish kernel. It is crunchy and juicy. The walnut is available all year round by boat in 23kg bags and sizes ranging from 35 to 55.

Our sugarloaf and MD2 pineapples are mainly produced in Ivory Coast and Togo . The sugarloaf pineapple is known and appreciated for its very sweet honey taste . It has white flesh and also has a very firm appearance. The MD2 pineapple is known for its tangy taste and less sweet than sugar loaf. Our pineapples are produced all year round and are exported by air in different air sizes (6,7,8,9,10).

Our Kent mango is produced in Senegal, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso and Mali . Our partners, who have their own mango production centers, have impeccable control over the quality of the chain: from picking to packaging through sorting to delivery in Europe and America. This variety of mango is known for its reddish color and sweet, juicy taste . The Kent mango is available over a defined period covering the month of March until August.

Our combos are mainly produced in Senegal. Okra, also called Okra, has a unique and particular flavor and texture. Indeed, once cooked okra has a slimy texture. This exotic vegetable contains a lot of nutritional compounds. It is very present in African, Caribbean and Latin foods. Okra is available from January to March and then from October to December. It is exported by air in 4kg boxes.
