If the product is in perfect condition and you wish to return it to us, you have a period of 15 days to be able to do so. You must notify us at our Customer Service email: cubanasocontact@gmail.com specifying your name, order number and reason for return. You must send the product in the same condition that you received it, along with any other promotional material or freebies that may have been included, the products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. You can send it back to the following address: Paris Rhum Club 12b rue de Béziers 93150 Le Blanc Mesnil, France postage paid or we can pick it up. The original postage costs, as well as the cost of retrieving the package (if we pick it up), will be deducted from the refund.
